Having Fun With Salads-Get Creative!

We all know that fresh vegetables and greens are good nutritionally for us and that homemade dressings are generally devoid of evil chemistry that is used to preserve or other ingredients difficult to read let alone understand what precisely you are putting into your body. Fresh organic greens either purchased or grown in containers or ground, and whole ingredients for dressings, such as lemons, olive oil, and various vegetables help us avoid adding non useful chemistry to our bodies. But there is more, part of the enjoyment of a meal is the first impression the different components make on guests or those of your family you are serving.

Aromas, visuals, and composition of the dish are important in the overall impression of a meal. Besides it is fun to see what you can use from the garden, pantry, and refrigerator to make a fun colorful and interesting plated salad.

Posted are several pictures of salads with a brief caption description of ingredients, dressings, etc..
